Erica Ruggeri

President and Founding Partner

Erica is a recruiting leader and entrepreneur who founded Rose Consulting Group LLC in 2021, turning long-standing client relationships into a thriving, full-service talent business. A California native, she earned her degree in Broadcast Journalism and History from Syracuse University. She began her career in production and PR before discovering her passion for recruiting in 2011 at e-commerce start-up ideeli, later acquired by Groupon.

From there, she spent nearly six years in agency recruiting, specializing in accounting and finance, before transitioning back in-house. Her ability to build strong partnerships and deliver results led former clients to seek her out, ultimately inspiring her to launch her own firm.

Today, she leads a distributed team of 10+ recruiters, providing end-to-end hiring solutions across industries and roles nationwide.

At the core of her work is a genuine passion for connecting people and building lasting relationships, delivering thoughtful and high-impact hiring solutions tailored to their needs. Erica is passionate about helping companies build high-performing teams and creating meaningful career opportunities for candidates.

Erica has been married for 10 years to a fellow Syracuse alumn, and together they enjoy a bi-coastal lifestyle with their three sons. In her free time, Erica enjoys hosting friends, prioritizing wellness with Peloton, and exploring new destinations with her family.

Rachel Berman

Managing Director

Rachel joined Rose Consulting Group in February 2022, bringing nearly a decade of recruiting experience with a focus on accounting and finance.

Originally from Arizona, she earned her degree in Communications from the University of Arizona. She began her recruiting career in 2015 at a finance and accounting recruiting agency before joining another firm in 2016, where she met Erica Ruggeri - marking the start of a long-standing professional partnership.

Rachel has since built a reputation for her thoughtful, relationship-driven approach and ability to deliver exceptional talent solutions. At Rose Consulting Group, she continues to support clients across industries with a high level of care and expertise.

Now based on the East Coast, Rachel and Erica share a West Coast upbringing that influences their collaborative style and perspective. Outside of work, Rachel has been married for 10 years and enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children.
